To ensure optimal pigment retention, minimal bleeding, and a comfortable session, please follow these instructions carefully:

• Avoid Alcohol & Caffeine: Do not consume 24 hours before your appointment.
• Avoid Exercise: Do not work out the day of your procedure.
• No Brow Alterations: Do not wax, tint, or shape brows for 1 week prior.
• Stop Blood Thinners: Avoid Aspirin, Ibuprofen (Advil), Vitamin E, Fish Oil, or Omega-3 for 1 week prior (unless prescribed by a doctor).
• No Injections: Do not get Botox, fillers, or collagen treatments around the brow area 2 weeks before or after.
• Discontinue Retinol & Acids: Stop using anti-aging creams, AHAs/BHAs, retinol, or benzoyl peroxide near the brows 2 weeks prior.
• No Harsh Skin Treatments: Avoid chemical peels, microneedling, or laser treatments 4 weeks before and after.
• Stop Brow Serums: Discontinue use 2 months before your session.

Proper aftercare is responsible for 50% of your final healed results. Follow these daily steps for the next 7 to 14 days:

• First 2 Hours: Gently dab your brows with a clean, dry tissue every 15 minutes to absorb excess fluid and prevent heavy scabbing.
• Hour 6: Gently wipe your brows with MicroTonic and apply a very thin layer of MicroBalm (both provided in your aftercare kit).
• Days 1–3: Wipe your brows with MicroTonic 2–3 times a day, followed by a rice-grain-sized amount of MicroBalm.
• Days 4–14: Wash brows gently twice a day with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser, pat dry immediately, and apply MicroBalm. Keep them moisturized but never soaking wet.
• Shower Protection: Apply Vaseline above the brows and place a wrap over the brow area to protect them from direct water spray.
• Do Not Pick: Allow all flakes, dry skin, or scabs to shed naturally. Picking will pull the pigment out.
• No Makeup or Skincare: Keep all cosmetics, lotions, and active skincare completely off the brow area for 10 days.
• Avoid Sweat & Sun: No heavy workouts, saunas, swimming, or direct sun exposure for 10-14 days.
• Long-Term Care: Always apply sunscreen to your brows once healed, and avoid applying retinols or exfoliating acids directly on them to prevent premature fading.

Expect your brow color to appear very warm and up to 40% darker over the first few days—this is completely normal! As the flakiness clears, the color will temporarily soften before settling into its true, flawless shade over 2–3 months.

It is essentially a cosmetic tattoo for eyebrows and encompasses different technique to achieve different look. Microblading is probably the most commonly known technique to simulate brow hair, also known as eyebrow embroidery, eyebrow feathering, and 3D eyebrows done with a hand tool. Similarly using a tattoo / PMU device, the same brow hair like strokes can be created and this method is known as hair strokes or nano strokes. The other distinctive method is shading, which creates powder makeup look and can be done manually with hand tool or machine. It can create softer or bold, or ombré look. This can be known as powder brows, soft powder brows, ombré brows. We can also combine all these techniques to create eyebrows that suits your face and skin.

Even though existing PMU might be faded compared to when it was done, oftentimes the skin is still too saturated to take more pigments. The skin is like a sponge. If it is too saturated, it cannot absorb more. In that case, we have to remove pigments from the skin so that it can take new pigments. If the skin is not too saturated, we can do a new PMU over the old one if the old shape is all within the new shape. However, there might need color correction, which may require an additional session.

If you have existing cosmetic tattoo, regardless of the technique, please message us before booking a session. We will assess whether you need tattoo lightening color correction. We offer saline tattoo removal to remove the pigment.

Please schedule for about 3 hours. It may be done in as quick as 2 hours. However, some skin takes much longer to take in the pigments. We will do our best to accommodate every client and their timely needs.

Your brow technician will provide a shape and style for you. On your approval, the pigment color is then selected. Once you’re satisfied, the procedure will move forward.

Yes, it’s required that you come back in 8-12 weeks after your first session to do a touch-up if you are new to permanent makeup. We go conservative for the initial session to see how your skin take color and how it heals. Some areas may not take in the first session and will need refilling. This session will take up to 3 hours.

Most clients experience minimal discomfort during Nano Brows, Ombre Powder Brows, and Combo Brows treatments. A topical numbing agent is applied to ensure a comfortable procedure.

First-time clients require generally two sessions: the initial treatment and a perfecting session 2 to 3 months later to perfect the shape and color. However, if you have skin or medical conditions or existing permanent makeup, it may require more sessions.

Yes, pigment can be lightened or removed and we offer the professional saline tattoo removal or color correction procedures as well.
