Are Lash Lifts and Tints right for me?
If you have straight lashes, use eyelash curlers, or care about your natural lashes, our damage-free guaranteed lash lift is the perfect option for you. It is also a great option during the break from the lash extensions and for damaged lashes by the other lash lift system.
This service is NOT recommended for those who are or have
- Conditions on the skin around your eyes or eyes.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding (please consult with your physician prior to booking).
- Claustrophobic.
- Twitchy eyes.
You cannot receive treatment if you are or have
- Under the age of 16 (parental consent is required for clients under 19 years of age).
- Under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
- Airborne diseases.
Pre-Care
- Please come to the appointment with eyes free of makeup. There will be an additional charge to remove eye makeup.
- Remove lash extension and clean lashes thoroughly before your appointment. If lash extension is still on, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
- If you would like a patch test prior to your service, please book a consultation first. We will provide you with the products; you’ll then have to arrange a test with a dermatologist or allergist.
Post-Care
- Avoid getting the eyelashes wet or exposed to steam or mist for 24 hours.
- Avoid oil-based eyelash cleanser and eye makeup remover.
- Avoid waterproof mascara.
- Avoid any type of facial treatment in the next 48 hours.
- Avoid lash serum and eye makeup for 24 hours.

Can lash lift make my lashes look longer?
Yes. The lashes are lifted from the base, giving them a longer and more visible appearance.
Can a lash lift make my eyes appear larger?
The lash lift can give the eyes a more open and vibrant look, making them appear larger and more expressive.
My lashes are barely noticeable. Can a lash lift make a difference?
This is largely due to straight eyelashes. As the eyelashes are lifted, they will become more noticeable. If your lashes are fine and short, it is highly recommended you use lash serums. Ask us about Viktoria DeAnn’s Pepti Lash Serum.
Can I get a dramatic result?
The lash lift enhances your natural lashes. The impact it has depends on the condition of your natural lashes. Even if your lashes are short, sparse, or fine, the lash lift can still make a noticeable difference. However, there are limitations. If your lashes are already full, thick, and long, you can achieve more dramatic results. If you want something more than what your natural lashes can offer, lash extensions might be a better option.
Will a lash lift damage my natural lashes like a lash perm?
This is the beauty of our cysteamine-based lash lift systems. Unlike lash perms or other lash lift systems that use damaging chemicals and aggressive rods, we infuse vitamin B5, E, amino acid, triple peptide, grow factor, hyaluronic acid, and apply beneficial nutrients every step of the process. Your lashes will be healthier and fuller! This gentle formula, combined with flexible shapers, is designed to create beautiful lashes, curved to your desire.
My lashes are damaged by other lash lifts? How soon can I get lash lift?
You can get our ECO lash lift right after another lash lift, unlike other lash lift systems. Since we do not use damaging chemicals, you don’t need to worry about over-processing. Moreover, our system infuses nutrient rich ingredients into your lashes to nourish and hydrate them.
My lashes are damaged by lash extension? How soon can I get a lash lift?
You can get our lash lift on the same day you have removed the extension. Please make sure that lashes are properly and thoroughly cleaned and dry before your appointment with us.
How long will my lash lift results last?
Results can last up to 6-12 weeks if following the recommended aftercare, depending on your lash length. But new lashes grow out. We generally recommend coming back approximately every 6-8 weeks for longer lashes and 4-6 weeks for shorter lashes to keep your lashes nicely lifted and looking their best.
Is there any special aftercare needed?
For best results, avoid water, steam and excessive heat as well as eye makeup for 24 hours after the procedure. We advise you avoid oil-based eye makeup removers for long lasting results and for that reason, water proof mascara. You’ll also want to refrain from rubbing or “sweeping” your lashes as much as possible.
Is sodium bromate included in your lash system?
Our lash lift systems are uniquely formulated and safe, vegan lash lift systems. We do not use sodium bromate or thioglycolic acid, unlike most of the lash systems in the market.
Do you tint lower lashes?
Lash tinting service focuses on the upper lashes. However, whenever practical, we aim to include the lower lashes as well.
