Vita Nova — meaning “new life” — is our commitment to supporting individuals on their journey of healing, both physically and emotionally. Heal & Rise reflects the transformation we aim to facilitate—where skin recovery becomes part of reclaiming confidence, dignity, and self.
This program offers complimentary, results-driven treatments for individuals with scars and markings resulting from trauma.

What This Program Offers
Vita Nova provides access to advanced, professional treatments at no cost for eligible individuals:
1. Burn Scar Treatment (3rd Degree)
Targeted skin needling (or microneedling) to support improvement in texture, pliability, and overall appearance of fully healed burn scars.
2. Trauma & Violence-Related Scars
Skin needling treatments for scars resulting from:
- War
- Domestic violence
- Assault or intentional physical harm
Scars resulting from accidents, surgeries, medical procedures, or self-harm are not included in this program.
3. Human Trafficking Survivors
Saline tattoo removal for unwanted or forced tattoos associated with human trafficking.
Our Approach
Each case is approached with care, discretion, and professionalism. Treatments are structured to:
- Support gradual and safe skin recovery
- Improve visible texture and tone over time
- Respect both physical and emotional sensitivities
This is a guided treatment journey, not a one-time service.
Eligibility
- Ages 19+
- Individuals under 19 require parental consent
- Individuals under 16 require parental presence during appointments
- Must be able to travel to Vita Felice Medi Spa for all sessions
Program Capacity
- 1 new client accepted per month
- Each client may receive 3–5 sessions, depending on their case

- Selected applicants will be invited for an in-person consultation

Due to limited capacity, applicants are selected based on:
- Location of the scar or tattoo
- Size and severity
- Impact on the individual (physical and emotional)

Who is this program for?
This program is designed for individuals with scars resulting from burn injuries, violence, and for human trafficking survivors seeking tattoo removal, where treatment can create meaningful physical and emotional impact.
Is the treatment really free?
Yes. Approved treatments are complimentary. However, participation requires commitment. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in program termination and forfeiture of the booking fee, unless a penalty is paid to continue.
Why is there a booking fee?
The booking fee ensures commitment and allows us to responsibly allocate limited capacity. It is refunded upon successful completion of the treatment plan.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients receive 3–5 sessions, depending on the condition and response of the skin.
How often are treatments scheduled?
- Scar treatments: every 6 weeks (±1 week)
- Tattoo removal treatments: every 8–12 weeks
The treatment schedule may vary slightly based on each individual’s healing process.
Will the scars or tattoos completely disappear?
Results vary. The goal is to noticeably improve appearance, not guarantee complete removal.
Does the treatment hurt?
Sensitivity varies. Comfort measures, including numbing (where appropriate), can be discussed during consultation.
What if I need to reschedule?
Appointments must be adjusted at least 24 hours in advance. Some conditions may apply. Late changes may result in removal from the program or applicable fees.
Can I apply more than once?
Yes, but selection is not guaranteed.

Based on treatment suitability, potential impact, and program capacity.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. All information is handled with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Treatment Readiness
- Burn scars must be fully healed before treatment begins
- A physician’s confirmation may be required
Consultation Booking Fee
- A booking fee is required to secure your consultation
- This fee will be refunded upon successful completion of the treatment series
Cancellation & Program Commitment
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or missed appointments will result in:
→ Termination from the program
→ Forfeiture of the consultation booking fee - If a client wishes to continue after a late cancellation, a penalty fee equivalent to the regular treatment cost may apply before resuming participation
- Otherwise, the standard rescheduling policy will be applied.
Treatment Schedule
- Scar treatments: every 6 weeks (±1 week)
- Tattoo removal: every 8–12 weeks
Consistency is required; failure to follow the schedule may result in removal from the program
Aftercare Responsibility
- Immediate post-treatment care products may be provided as needed
- Clients are responsible for purchasing appropriate ongoing aftercare products, which are essential for optimal healing and results
Suitability & Safety
- All treatments are subject to professional assessment
- We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or unlikely to produce meaningful results

Respectful Conduct
This program is built on mutual respect. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal
Non-Transferable
The program is non-transferable and applies only to the approved individual
Right to Modify
Vita Felice reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the program at any time

Participation in the Vita Nova program constitutes agreement to all professional policies and guidelines set by Vita Felice Medi Spa.
